Reservations Manager

Salary up to £33,000 per annum, + up to 10% of salary in commission for upselling + KPI bonus

We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to join the team of a private members club.

Things you will be doing as a Reservations Manager

  • Oversea reservations, handling bookings and driving revenue
  • Managing a team of 3 people – with a focus on developing their skills
  • Providing monthly presentations on room and club sales
  • Being analytical with data and looking for opportunities to drive club, food and beverage, and room sales
  • Overseeing the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring an excellent guest experience
  • Building rapport with guests with a view to strengthening and nurturing these relationships ensuring brand loyalty
  • Listen to customer’s requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Be innovative and plan new deal packages with the revenue manager

You will be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience for more than one year in a similar role, in a hotel or private members club
  • Having previous experience working in the position of Reservation Manager or Assistant Reservation Manager
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills
  • Have a good knowledge of managing bookings and PMS systems
  • Have excellent guest-relations skills
  • Have excellent telephone manners and communications skills
  • Are friendly, organized, and have a great personality
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Are passionate and excited to help build something amazing
