We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef with a Michelin star background, ready to join the amazing kitchen team of this fine dining restaurant in London, who aims to achieve his first Michelin star.

Salary up to £65,000.

What will you be doing as Senior Sous Chef?

• You will support the Executive Chef with the day-to-day kitchen operation
• You will manage and mentor the brigade
• You will ensure the exceptional quality of the cuisine is consistently maintained
• Your cookery skills and experience will allow you to help the Executive Chef deliver authentic and creative menus
• You will contribute to creating the ultimate dining experience

You will be a great fit as Senior Sous Chef if:

• You are a hands-on Chef
• Previous experience as Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in Michelin star operations
• You are passionate about training and developing your team
• You have the drive and ambition to succeed
